Tony D’Agata, Senior Black Belt

Tony has a formal background in the insurance services sector in line management and senior advisory roles specialising in process and business performance improvement.
He is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) and fellow of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF Fellow CIP).

David Barber, Senior Black Belt
Process Excellence, Xchanging ASIA Pacific
David is a Project Manager and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with a strong track record in the design and delivery of business transformation solutions.
He has extensive financial services experience spanning over 20 years including operational leadership, consulting and advisory roles in the insurance, investment and banking industries. David joined Xchanging in 2011 after 12 years in business improvement consulting roles with many customer organisations in the UK, Australia and New Zealand. Customer engagements range across multiple sectors and product lines include consumer banking, mortgages and credit, financial crime control, risk and compliance, anti-money laundering, superannuation, pensions, fund management and multiple lines of insurance such as accident, disability, life and workers’ compensation.
Christoph Stangenberg, Head of Process Excellence
Advisory Services, Xchanging ASIA Pacific
Christoph has been with Xchanging since 2003 and involved in multiple “Greenfield” deployments in the insurance and financial services sectors. Since Jan. 2009 he heads Process Excellence, and is Master Trainer for Lean Six Sigma Asia Pacific
He successfully led programme management across multiple business sectors on process documentation, improvement and engineering assignments.
Christoph was also Head of Business Improvement for BAE Systems in Australia and supported the acquisition of Tenix. There he led a team of process improvement experts to develop a state of the art Business Management System on ARIS. He was also responsible for the deployment of CMMi across the organisation.
He initiated and led Lean Six Sigma roll-out in manufacturing and back offices, facilitated Procure-2-Pay process improvements and coached/mentored improvement projects in Finance, Procurement, Administration and HR.
Dominic King, Master Black Belt
Global Master Trainer for Xchanging
Dominic is the Global Master Trainer for Lean Six Sigma for Xchanging. He has been central to establishing and leading continuous improvement capabilities for Xchanging businesses. He plays a lead role in the shaping and delivery of Green and Black Belt training worldwide, recently hosting training in Australia, UK and USA for a diverse mix of international participants.
Prior to his roles within Xchanging, Dominic has a long list of achievements as continuous improvement practitioner and program lead, such as Six Sigma Master Black Belt and senior procurement and product management roles at Invensis as well as the director of Six Sigma for the Air Systems Division.
He was also Head of Lean Six Sigma for the Celerant Institute at Celerant Consulting, UK.
